Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace
The Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace (VIM) is primarily composed of a furnace body, induction heating system, vacuum system, water-cooling system, pouring system and control system. By melting materials in a vacuum environment via electromagnetic induction, it effectively removes gases and impurities while enabling precise control of alloy composition.

Vacuum Arc Remelting Furnace

The Automatic Weighing, Mixing and Distributing System (AWS) is mainly composed of feeding system, precision weighing system, mixing system, conveying system and control system.
