Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace
The VIM is an integrated system for metal melting and purification through medium-frequency induction heating in a vacuum environment. It is widely applied in the industrial production of high-value materials, including superalloys, corrosion-resistant alloys and bearing steels.
Flexible Configuration: The system comprises a melting chamber, charging chamber, casting chamber, vacuum system and cooling system, featuring a modular design for enhanced adaptability.
Diverse Processes: It supports periodic or semi-continuous melting solutions for a wide range of materials, covering master alloys and wrought superalloys.
Vacuum Arc Remelting Furnace
The Vacuum Arc Remelting Furnace (VAR) is high-end equipment for remelting and refining, utilizing a DC arc heat source in a vacuum environment. It is specifically designed for the production of high-purity metal ingots, including aerospace-grade titanium alloys, superalloys and special steels.
The system integrates a fully automatic melting control system, a high-precision weighing system and an X-Y alignment adjustment system, and features a modular configuration to ensure a stable, controllable melting process and superior ingot quality.
Vacuum Precision Investment Casting Furnace
The Vacuum Precision Investment Casting Furnace (VPIC) is core equipment for metal melting, pouring and forming in a vacuum environment, operating on medium-frequency induction heating and holding principles.
The system offers three complete furnace series: Equiaxed (EQ), Directional Solidification (DS) and Single Crystal (SC), meeting the casting requirements of materials of various grades, from common precision components to high-end aero-engine blades.
Featuring a semi-continuous furnace design, it provides two process configurations: a top-charging vertical three-chamber furnace and a side-charging three-chamber furnace. The physical separation of melting and casting chambers ensures continuous, efficient production and high-purity, superior casting quality.
Induction Melting Vacuum Degassing Furnace
The Induction Melting Vacuum Degassing Furnace (IMVD) is a multifunctional vacuum melting and refining system. It melts solid metals under either atmospheric or vacuum conditions, then performs thorough degassing and refining in a vacuum chamber via stirring or top/bottom gas injection. The process concludes with pouring under atmospheric or inert gas protection.
The system integrates an induction melting furnace body, vacuum system, charging system, temperature measurement system and automatic control modules, enabling end-to-end high-purity production from melting and refining to pouring. It is widely used in the industrial manufacturing of high-quality alloys and special steels.
Inert Gas Electro-Slag Remelting Furnace
The Inert Gas Electro-Slag Remelting Furnace (IGESR) is an integrated system that remelts metals using thermal energy generated by high-amperage current passing through high-impedance molten slag.
The system comprises a furnace head, melting station, copper shaft conductive system, automatic melting control system, water-cooling system, fume hood, lifting system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and other components.
It is designed for the production of high-end alloy materials, including superalloys, tool and die steels, high-strength stainless steels and bearing steels.
Automatic Weighing, Mixing and Batching Device
The Automatic Weighing, Mixing and Batching System (AWS) integrates automatic feeding, storage, weighing, batching, conveying, mixing and end-to-end process control for a wide range of raw materials, including titanium sponge, alloy elements and titanium oxide.
Its core subsystems include a vibratory feeding, weighing and batching system (for titanium sponge, alloys and titanium oxide), horizontal and inclined lifting conveyor systems, and a high-efficiency mixer, all integrated with automatic detection and electrical control systems.
Supported by a robust steel structure frame, the system enables fully automatic, precise proportioning and distribution from raw material input to finished mixture.
