Vacuum Arc Remelting FurnaceThe conductive feed rod adopts a single servo motor drive system, enabling fast and slow movement of the consumable electrode with high precision. The auxiliary electrode is clamped by a pneumatic cylinder, ensuring a reliable connection and stable contact between the auxiliary electrode and the conductive feed rod. The melting process is monitored by a remote camera and video system, allowing remote operation and observation. Process recipes can be stored on the host computer for operators to call up, modify and view at any time. All melting data are stored in the host computer data acquisition system and can be retrieved by process engineers for analysis. A high-precision weighing system provides real-time weighing and feedback of the consumable electrode throughout the production process. The system adopts highly efficient, reliable and stable silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) melting power supply technology, equipped with a capacitor compensation unit. The cooling water system adopts an energy-saving closed-loop water system, ensuring constant-temperature and constant-pressure water supply to the crystallizer. Advanced partial pressure control technology is applied during melting to eliminate or reduce the volatilization of low-vapor-pressure elements, guaranteeing controllability of the alloy composition.

Vacuum Arc Refining for Ultimate Purity and Zero Contamination Adopting vacuum arc melting and water-cooled copper crucible technology, the entire process is free from contact with refractory materials, eliminating contamination at the source. The high-vacuum environment deeply removes harmful gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen, and precisely eliminates high-vapor-pressure impurities, achieving ultimate metal cleanliness to meet the extreme requirements of aerospace, military and other fields for ultra-high-purity alloys. Directional Solidification Forming for Homogeneity and No Segregation Through precise arc control and sequential solidification technology, it completely eliminates central porosity, segregation and voids in the ingot, realizing grain refinement and uniform microstructure. With highly consistent composition and performance, it meets the stringent mechanical requirements of high-end superalloys and special alloys, providing high-quality ingots for subsequent forging and processing. Full-Process Automation for Stable Process Reproduction Equipped with an arc power and molten pool linkage control system, it enables real-time regulation of current, voltage and melting rate. Parameters such as vacuum degree and temperature are fully closed-loop automatically adjusted, supporting process storage and data traceability, stably reproducing high-quality ingots and ensuring consistency and reliability in mass production.
