Shanghai Vacuum Melting Technology successfully delivered the 5-ton electroslag furnace to Northeast Special Steel Group

Recently, the 5-ton protective atmosphere electroslag furnace independently developed by Shanghai Vacuum Melting Technology has completed all production, inspection and packaging processes. It was successfully loaded onto the vehicle today and is about to be shipped to Northeast Special Steel Group. This important progress is not only another reflection of the company’s achievements in the manufacturing of high-end metallurgical equipment, but also marks that the cooperation between Shanghai Vacuum Melting Technology and Northeast Special Steel Group has entered a stage of substantial implementation.

01 Achieve new successes

The 5-tonne protective atmosphere electroslag furnace is a core piece of equipment independently developed by  Vacuum Melting Technology  for the smelting of high-end special alloy materials. Equipped with precise protective atmosphere control technology, it effectively isolates interference from external impurities. Combined with a stable operating system and an efficient smelting design, it fully meets the core requirements of "high purity and high uniformity".

This equipment, which is now loaded and ready for delivery, marks an important milestone for  Vacuum Melting Technology  in the high-end metallurgical equipment sector, and also serves as the starting point for our joint efforts to promote the upgrading of the special steel industry. Going forward, the company will deploy a professional technical team to oversee transportation, installation and commissioning, ensuring the smooth arrival and efficient commissioning of the equipment.
