Recently, Shanghai Vacuum Melting Technology Co., Ltd.  is delighted to announce a major achievement:The two sets of 6-ton protective atmosphere electroslag furnaces supplied by our company to Shanghai Eraum Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. equipped with our newly upgraded intelligent control system software, have successfully completed the electroslag smelting of C276 and Incoloy 825 high-end nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys with the full cooperation of the customer. The equipment has run stably and the process parameters have been precisely controlled.

This successful smelting marks another important breakthrough for Vacuum Melting Technology in the field of high-end special smelting equipment, and also signifies another fruitful achievement in the strategic cooperation between our company and Shanghai Eraum Alloy Materials.

The 6-ton protective atmosphere electroslag furnace delivered this time is equipped with  Vacuum Melting Technology's newly upgraded control software. It integrates core technologies including dual closed-loop precise regulation of constant melting speed control and swing control, full-process inert gas protection, and data visualization monitoring, realizing fully automatic and intelligent operation from arc striking, steady-state melting to hot topping.

The upgraded system further improves melting stability and composition uniformity, effectively reduces oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen content, and ensures alloy purity, perfectly meeting the stringent requirements of high-end nickel-based alloys for ultimate smelting quality.
