Vacuum Precision Investment Casting FurnaceThe equipment supports a variety of furnace configurations and can be installed without a foundation pit. Customized design is available to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring superior adaptability. The melting chamber features a side-opening structure, with the induction melting coil integrated onto the side door. This design facilitates quick maintenance and replacement while expanding the operating space. The induction melting crucible supports horizontal movement and tilting linkage, jointly driven by a servo motor, reducer, and gear set. It enables high-precision fixed-point pouring and features memory storage for motion trajectories. The entire machine adopts an electromechanical and pneumatic composite drive system without hydraulic components, effectively reducing maintenance frequency and downtime. The charging mechanism is available in both horizontal and vertical configurations. Charging, crucible loading, and unloading can be performed in a vacuum environment, significantly improving production efficiency. It is equipped with high-quality induction melting power supplies and dual-zone induction heating power supplies, reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs. A large-capacity three-stage vacuum unit is configured, paired with a high-performance vacuum pump set to achieve rapid chamber evacuation. The flexible connection design effectively isolates vibration transmission, ensuring the grain orientation of castings. A dual temperature measurement scheme combining a two-color optical pyrometer and an immersed thermocouple is adopted to realize automatic closed-loop control and accurate verification of melting temperature. A high-precision crystal pulling module is configured with a dedicated damping process to ensure stable and precise crystal pulling. The melting chamber adopts a water-cooled cable-free layout, eliminating leakage risks at the source and further ensuring production safety. A fully automatic melting control system is built based on the upper computer HMI and lower computer PLC, achieving intelligent and user-friendly operation. The thermal baffle at the bottom of the heater can be automatically switched in a vacuum environment to optimize production efficiency. The crystal pulling module system can be integrated with vibration detection instruments to achieve precise monitoring of the crystal pulling process.

High-Purity Forming and Anti-Oxidation Protection Melting and casting are completed in a vacuum or controlled atmosphere environment, isolating air to prevent oxidation and nitriding, ensuring no oxide inclusions inside castings, and providing a pure metal matrix for high-end precision parts. Precise Temperature Control and Complex Thin-Wall Structure Forming Through medium-frequency induction heating and a precise temperature control system, accurate superheating and heat preservation of molten metal are realized. Combined with mold shell preheating and directional solidification technology, it can form ultra-complex thin-walled structures such as aero-engine blades and hollow turbine blades, while accurately controlling the grain size and orientation of castings, greatly improving structural strength and fatigue life. Multi-Material Adaptation and Full Process Route Coverage Covering three major process routes: Equiaxed Crystal (EQ), Directional Solidification (DS) and Single Crystal (SC), it provides top-charging vertical or side-charging three-chamber furnace solutions for different materials such as nickel-based superalloys and titanium-aluminum alloys. It realizes independent separation of melting and casting chambers, meeting the full-scenario customized requirements from ordinary precision parts to high-end aerospace components.
